I. preparation before starting the pump:

1. Check whether the inlet and outlet door is in good condition, whether there is operation blockage, and there is no leakage of pump and accessory pipeline.

2, when the pump is started to close the outlet door (except the self-priming pump), not full load, or the rotation torque is too large, the pump may have damage, the motor is also easy to burn out due to excessive current.

3. Open the inlet valve, open the exhaust valve to fill the whole pump chamber with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve.

4, for the mechanical seal of the water pump, the use of hand disk pump rotor to make the lubricant into the mechanical seal end face. Avoid mechanical seal damage caused by dry grinding at startup.

5, determine the steering: start the motor, determine whether the steering is correct. Usually the motor is three - phase four - wire system. If it is reversed, any two of the wires are switched, and the motor is turned forward.

6, manual turning: the rotor parts should be flexible rotation, no stuck, friction phenomenon.

7. Hot water. Before the hot oil pump starts, warm the pump, the preheating speed shall not exceed 50 degrees per hour, turning 180 degrees.

Ii. Water pump startup and operation:

1. Check the fully open valve again and close the outlet line valve.

2. Switch on the power supply. When the pump reaches the normal speed, then gradually open the valve on the spit pipe. Otherwise, the bearing. Mechanical seals are easily damaged.

3. Adjust operating conditions: keep the operating conditions within the scope of the instruction and as close to the design point as possible. Since flow and power are generally not visible, the pressure (outlet pressure - inlet pressure = pump head) and current should be adjusted within the rated range.

4, check the shaft seal: mechanical seal: 10 drops/min packing seal: 1~2 drops/second if over the standard, should be handled in time.

5. Check for vibration and noise.

Iii. Pump shutdown:

1. Gradually close the outlet pipeline valve and cut off the power supply.

2. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the liquid in the pump should be drained to avoid freezing.

3. If the pump is out of service for a long time, it should be removed, cleaned and packed for safekeeping.
