At the same time, due to vibration, the bolts of the rotating parts of the pump will gradually loosen, which may cause the mechanical parts to be thrown out and hurt the safety of the staff. Pump vibration will also produce noise, seriously affect the working environment.
From the point of view of pump installation, we control the vibration of the pump, through the following methods can achieve more than 85-99% of the vibration isolation effect, so as to fundamentally solve the pump vibration brought to people's lives, and industrial production troubles.

1. Add a spring isolator:
A. Selection of pump spring isolator style:
Self-supporting spring shock absorber is generally used, which has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. The spring is exposed to the outside, which is convenient to observe the spring state at any time. The spring that needs to be replaced is disposed in advance, so as to avoid excessive spring corrosion and damage, resulting in sudden settlement of the pump, causing equipment damage and pipeline rupture.

General shock absorber manufacturers to choose a spring to meet the following requirements: the spring diameter should not be less than its rated load at the height of 0.8 times; The spring shall have a certain additional travel, and the vortex flowmeter shall be at least equal to 50% of the rated static deflection. The horizontal stiffness of the spring is at least 100% of the rigidity of the steel to ensure the stability of the shock absorber.
C. Selection of deflection of spring damper;
In general, the rated deflection of the spring damper (the rated compression amount of the spring) is generally 25MM (the self-frequency value is about 3-4hz), and this deflection can be used for vibration isolation of the pump at 650 RPM. A spring isolator with a deflection below 40 is recommended when rotating at speeds below 650.

Selection of rubber vibration isolator: the material is generally neoprene rubber (C.R), natural rubber (N.R); Generally choose compression rubber shock absorber, for the light weight of the water pump, can choose shear rubber shock absorber;

3. Add a sui base:
In order to meet the more stringent vibration system standards, the spring isolator is undoubtedly the best choice when adding a passive base. Specification for a flexible base: the weight of the base is about 1-2 times the weight of the pump; The frame is made of slot iron lock, its height is not less than 1/12 of the length, but not less than 150MM, not more than 300MM; The dimension of length and width should be able to cover the whole pump, and each side remaining 10-15 cm is appropriate. And preferably including the bay head; The cement is poured inside and a steel net is built in at one third of the height. Add a spring isolator and distance the base from the base to 3-5 cm.
